         Marriage Licenses
Marriage Licenses are $40.00 - The marriage ceremony may not take place within 24 hours from the exact time that the license was issued. A person is required to establish proof of age and identity by submitting to the issuing clerk a Birth Certificate and a Driver's license - Previous Marriages Information regarding previous marriages must be furnished in the application for a marriage license. This includes whether the former spouse or spouses are living, and whether the applicants are divorced and, if so, when, where and against whom the divorce or divorces were granted. A certified copy of the Decree of Divorce or a Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage is required by the clerk issuing the marriage license.

             Dog License
Dog License are yearly. Pricing for spayed or neutered $5.00, unspayed or unneutered is $15.00. Your dog must be up to date with his or her Rabies Shot. 


RESOLUTION # 105-16 (July 19, 2016) 
Ms. Nightingale presented the following resolution and moved its passage with a second from Mr. Olesheski to accept and approve, starting Jan 1, 2017 Dog License will be for Spayed / Neutered $5.00 and for Un-Spayed / Un-Neutered $15.00.
 
With 5 members voting in favor, the resolution is declared carried. Ayes-5 (Stevens, Arsenault, Olesheski, Nightingale, Vanselow) Nays- 0

Town & County Taxes
Collector of Town and County Tax Bills
You now have 3 ways to pay your Taxes.
1. You can pay your Taxes in person at 219 Main Street at the Town Clerks office
2. You can mail them to Kate Lorah Collector, 219 Main Street, North Creek, NY
3. You can
view, print and pay your Town & County Tax Bills on-line. To use the on-line service, click on the Town & County Taxes button below, enter the information for your bill - name, address, bill number, or property number. Once the proper bill has appeared click on to payment link and follow the instructions. (There is a fee for using this service)

Last day of collection at the Town Clerks office is MARCH 31st.


As of April 1st, payments must be made to the Warren County Treasurer's Office with additional charges.

Handicap Parking Permit
You are eligible to be issued a New York State disability parking permit hangtag for the disabled if you are a New York resident and have a severe, permanent or temporary, qualifying mobility impairment as certified by a New York State-licensed physician or podiatrist. You do not have to be a driver or registered owner of a vehicle to get a permit. Disabled children and legally blind persons are eligible for permits.  Your physician must state whether the condition is permanent or temporary in nature and describe how severely and regularly the condition affects your ability to walk.
