Please be advised, the Town Court will NOT be in session on the following dates in 2014:
Wed., June 11, Wed., July 2, Fri., July 4, Wed., August 6, and Wed., September 3. If you have a court date for a vehicle and traffic matter returnable on any of the above dates, that matter has been adjourned to the following Wednesday.

OCCUPANCY TAX APPLICATIONS
The new instruction and application process has been put into place for organizations looking to apply for funding. Click here to download Instructions, and Click here to download application (fillable Word DOC), (fillable Word DOCX) or non-fillable (PDF verson). Applicants must submit their applications by mail, in person or electronically to Cherie@johnsburgny.com (subject: OccTax) so that they are received no later than November 15th each year in order to be considered for funding. If you have any questions, contact Cherie at town hall at 251-2421x21.
The Annual Water Quality Report for 2013 for the North Creek Water District is now available - click here
The deadline for the receipt of vouchers/invoices to be paid is Noon on the FRIDAY directly preceding the regularly scheduled town board meeting in order to allow for the necessary adequate review and processing.
Burn permits are available at the Town Clerk's office or through DEC - NO PERMITS ARE ISSUED FROM MARCH 15 TO MAY 15 OF EACH YEAR!!

Monday-Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - - - Saturday & Sunday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ALWAYS ACCEPTED FREE OF CHARGE
Newspapers, Recyclable metal, plastic and glass,
Dry cell batteries (no car batteries), and Refrigerators/Freezers
(MUST BE CLEANED OUT, FREON AND DOORS REMOVED!!!)
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BRUSH! ALL LUMBER MUST BE PAID FOR IN C&D!
ALSO BE ADVISED THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010 THE TOWN IS NO LONGER PROVIDING CURBSIDE PICK UP FOR RECYCLABLES. ALSO EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2010 THE TOWN IS NO LONGER PROVIDING CURBSIDE PICK UP FOR TRASH. YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE TO TRANSPORT THESE ITEMS TO THE TRANSFER STATION ON YOUR OWN.

Tannery Pond Community Center
There are many events and activities open to the public at the Tannery (some free and some with a small cost for admission) View the calandar of events at the TPCCA website
The building is also has rental space availabe for meeting, parties, concerts and more! Contact Executive Director Bernadette Speach for more information and availability.
